How To Obtain A Serial Number
To obtain a serial number you can either call your Customer Service Representative (CSR) or request one by e-mail if you are using a non-web based e-mail program by clicking on the button on the Registration screen that says "Register By E-Mail". The CSR will need your Company Name and your Product ID number that is located in the upper left corner of the Registration screen.

To change any project information click the "Project Info" icon on the Model Selection window toolbar.

How To Change Units Of Measure
To change any project information click the "Project Info" icon    on the Model Selection window toolbar then click on the "Units" tab. Units of measure only apply to Performance and Submittals. Pricing and orders only use U.S. Standard measurements.

How Do I Start Air & Sound
To start Air & Sound click the "Perf"    icon on the Model Selection window toolbar. You must have selected a fan model that currently has performance properties to enable the Perf icon.

How Do I Start Submittal Drawing
To start Submittal & Drawing Processor click the "Submit"    icon on the Model Selection window toolbar.

I Get An Error Message ... Run-Time Error '429' Active-X Component Can't Create Object
Windows is trying to explain that one of the controls in the program can't function. This error message usually comes from not rebooting the system after installing FANtastic!9 InstallShield (the installation program) usually requires a re-start when updating the system or the user has selected "Restart Windows Later:

I Get An Error Message ... Web Page Not Opened
This message is generated by one of two possible conditions. First, you already have a copy of the worksheet open. Simply close the worksheet then re-select the print button. Secondly, your web browser is not capable of opening the document. Start Internet Explorer and when a dialog box asks if you would like Internet Explorer to be your default browser select yes and then close Internet Explorer. Re-select print and your worksheet should be displayed.
